Amazing Video: Yale Scientist Visualizes Conception to Birth

From the Open Culture intro:

Alexander Tsiaras has made a career of using advances in visualization technology to offer vivid tours of the human body. His books have taken readers inside the human heart, the kidneys and vascular system, and also human reproduction. Back in 2002, Tsiaras published From Conception to Birth: A Life Unfolds, a book that offers a “visual diary of fetal development.” Now, nearly a decade later, he brings that visual diary to video at a conference affiliated with TED.

What’s more amazing is how he describes what he’s learned from doing these complex visualizations. Twice he talks about the “divinity” of the process of human development, and about how, even as a mathematician, the extraordinary complexity of human development is many orders of magnitude more than he can comprehend. The video is amazing and is certainly worth sharing with friends and on Facebook/Twitter:

I remember thinking how amazing all this was as a child. Growing up makes us take things for granted.  No wonder Jesus told us to be like children.  Seeing the awesomeness of this world through their eyes would make it impossible for us not to believe in God!

      Pretty kool stuff huh?

Abortionists no matter how scientific the presentation is, still don’t see a human being developing in various stages inside the womb but they see it as a piece of nothing….

    Absolutely beautiful!

The same amazing process of life could be seen in the development of an ape or a dog.  It wold be complex and amazing and perhaps divine.  However, in the presentation there is so mention of a soul.  Is it nonexistent then and all talk of an imortal soul nonsense?  It is not found in the bible and only popular after St. Augustine.

I believe and I am always amazed by God …. I look forward to meeting HIM.  By the way, does anyone know what is the music playing in this video?  I found it beautiful and inspirational and wish to hear it more fully.

Psalm 14:1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”

Wow! How can anyone deny God’s power after watching this!

  • bubbalouwee

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.  How can our country and our world permit the massive destruction of human lives and deeply offend God?  From the atom, to space, to the human body, it all points to incredible intelligence that is far beyond human comprehension.  It should lead everyone to a firm belief in God and a healthy fear of not wanting to offend Him.

It is a marvellous video. I was amazed how it was done, God is powerful.

  • Diane

this is amazing. if more pregnant women could view this, i believe they would realize that an abortion is nothing but murder.  it is great that the word is getting out and more and more liberal thinkers on abortion can see that truly a fetus is a human being from the moment of conception!  i so appreciate this video!

Profound and of great value to any God believing person – equal to Psalm 19:1-6
As profound and of equal value to the moral laws of love. Psalm 19:7.
