We are not abortion advocates I know of no one who thinks abortions are a great thing and lets just all go out and have one. We do not believe that you or anyone else has the right to tell us what to do with our bodies.

Why don’t pro-life organizations get their tentacles out of politics and start dealing with the root of the problem which is unwanted pregnancies. How do you stop unwanted pregnancies? Education and contraception. Tell your teenagers about sex and give them birth control. Ignorance causes unwanted babies.

How about some compassion and a help up for young pregnant women – so they have somewhere to go if they are pregnant and don’t know what to do. Some Catholic charities have organizations like this.

I don’t know where this women gets her idea that you are close to making abortion illegal – you are far from it. Even if you do it will still be happening down dark alleys, in unsanitary conditions, in every unsafe way imaginable. You are fools not to attack the root of the problem – abortion is just a symptom of unwanted pregnancy which is a problem that can be vastly diminished with a little more attention.

I don’t think Komen should be supported because they ignore how abortion and hormonal contraception increase the risk of contracting aggressive breast cancer. Their initial decision regarding PP was procedural, because PP was under investigation. If they were principled, they would have stopped funding PP because it is dedicated to evil purposes and uses evil means to achieve those purposes.

As someone who uses Planned Parenthood for my annual women’s health care, I was eligible for a mammogram through the Komen partnership last year. It was a real mammogram, not just a hand screening.The hand screening was during my exam, and the mammogram was outsourced to a participating clinic or doctor in the area accepting the Komen/PP grant.

I’m glad that Komen is considering the existing grants so that other women, who may be in need for a mammogram, receive one. Planned Parenthood is not just about birth control and abortion. They provide education for men and women in addition to health services.

It’s not “needless.” It’s part of informed consent to let the mother know and realize that a living human being is about to be killed by the procedure. IMHO, pro-abortion doctors are an insult to the profession.

If Steven Ertelt, the “author” of this ”expose,” were working for me at my newspaper as an investigative reporter, he’d be fired! The idiot called 30 Planned Parenthood centers when all he had to do was go to their website, type in a state or zip code, and the services offered by that Planned Parenthood Center would have automatically come up on his webpage. He’s a real Andrew Dumbbart!

I am a woman and I care about my health, not abortion but my medical conditions-migraine headaches, seizures, and endometriosis. The left just cares about abortion and not have any, repeat any limitations on that.

Wow, just because we disagree with PP doesn’t mean we hate women. I’m a woman! And PP will REFER you to someone else. They don’t actually provide the service. And as for them paying for it, you can’t get it paid for directly from the Komen Foundation and other organizations, you just have to be willing to check.
