Dr King, I saw you on Glen Beck on tuesday 04/20/10, first of all you need to know I'was a junior in high school in 1965 and a U S Marine on my way to Vietnam in 1967, I remember the riots in Omaha where I live, and I remember the struggle the black people went through from 1965 on. I was in Vietnam when your uncle was killed and also remember at that time I had my own problems, however, I had agreat respect for your uncle and also have a great respect for you, I remember talking in 1965 with a black friend about an occurance then,, a black Air Force airman couldn't swim in a certain pool because he was black, and how I felt that was unjust. You need to know I am not a flaming liberal nor have I ever been. However I turned away from the republican party to become an independant in 07 because I did'n't aggree with Bushes policies,I also am against Obamas policies, and feel that people like you and I can change our country, it isn,t going to be easy but it must be done. God Bless you and your efforts, may we fix this without turning to bloodshed. Bill Sprague
