Tony Reed: "You said Live Action Fioms needs to get their facts straight." It is an undercover film report. You heard it from Plan Parenthood staff themselves, I didn't hear the age they claim.

Nobody is fabricating that. We all heard it right from the horses mouth.

Right on Douglass! I was wondering if there was anyone else out there that saw the TRUTH. Live Action Films needs to get their facts straight. They should be embarrassed to post such false information.

Amen, brother!

[...] This afternoon, legislation in both the Senate and House that would unnecessarily burden Virginia’s pregnancy resource centers with regulations will be debated in subcommittees. SB 188, patroned by Senator Ralph Northam (D-6, Norfolk) and HB 452, patroned by Delegate Charniele Herring (D-46, Alexandria) quite simply are intended to paint PRCs as unsafe for women. The bills would require these facilities to post door signs that essentially say they are not health care facilities and don’t provide abortions or contraception, and would require PRCs to register with the state. They might as well ask them to put a sign in the door with directions to the nearest unregulated Planned Parenthood abortion center (see LiveActionBlog). [...]

Giving money to an agency whose founder supported negative eugenics, and the killing of infants in larger families or families in poverty, and those severely disabled at birth. Who frequently tells clients that *its not a baby its just a lump of cells* is irresponsible. Women who have abortions suffer, if they lie here to help women justify killing thier *babies* then what kind of counseling are they going to have for women follow up to deal with the feelings of guilt and emotions associated with abortion ...seeing what friends have gotten post abortion I would have to say not much...now, if they are circumventing the law for these teens, and most of thier services are abortion...then why can't we see that they abort babies not to help women, but because they want the undesirables to NOT have these babies...they want the money for it to pay for continuing Margaret Sanger's life's *work* under the guise of helping women...

If Hitler were given $150,000 because he promised not to use it for his death camps, would it make sense to give it to him? Obviously not, and for the same reason the established baby butchers of Planned Parenthood don't deserve a dime of government support. The $150,000 instead needs to be used to shut them down.

Douglass--Planned Parenthood supporters are the hypocrits here. You've been living in a propaganda vaccuum. Sorry.

The philosophy and propaganda of Planned Parenthood does not reduce the risk of sexually transmitted disease or unwanted pregnancy. Years of statistical evidence worldwide has proven that condoms do not reduce or control the spread of AIDS or other STDs, nor does aggressive sex education that disregards abstinence. African countries are rejecting the Planned Parenthood propaganda for their own survival. Russia is now trying to give government grants to couples to encourage marraige and children. America needs to get into reality. The reality is in the streets, not in the media. PP leaves women they abort on the curb to hemorrage to death. Not because they don't have enough funding--because abortion is, always has been, and always will be a filthy industry that destroys women and empowers abusers and criminals. PP is NOT broke. PP is corrupt. Period. Always has been. Always will be. Thanks to its founder, Margaret Sanger, and its fascist financial supporters. Do some research beyond PP recommended websites, my friend.

@Douglass

In response to your comment about this blog post: I don't think you understand who Planned Parenthood really is and what their motives are. The website may SAY that is what the money is to be used for but, I for one, don't believe for a second that is where the money will actually be allocated. And regardless of what their claim is for what the money is to be used for, there are many of us who don't want to see an organization who makes a living off of murdering children and harming women to see a single dime. This isn't about journalism or money or even about Planned Parenthood...this is about saving human lives. Get with the program.

Douglass,

You miss the point. If Planned Parenthood has a poor track record of following the law with 13 year old minors that are in danger, what quality of counsel and education are they going to give?

It is irresponsible to give money to an organization that gives bad counsel and acts irresponsibly. Planned Parenthood has not shown the transparency to prove that anything has changed and unless they do, it is irresponsible for them to be hired to educate on anything...especially disease prevention when the PP in TN told us that 14 yo girl did not need protection while having sex with her 31yo sexual abuser because she was already pregnant.

You are all hypocrites. You launch a "campaign" against Planned Parenthood with all sorts of accusations about cover-ups and lying, and then you half report stories. The ISDH money was not a "reward" to Planned Parenthood Indiana. It is not money that can be used at the discretion of the organization for any reason. It was specifically allocated to hire a Disease Intervention Specialist.

The position is described on Planned Parenthood Indiana's website as follows: "Responsible for conducting field investigations of sexually transmitted communicable diseases by locating and counseling persons exposed to, infected with, or having a positive test result." This is the only place the ISDH money is going, and it sounds like a worthy cause to me.

Distorting stories behind false and misleading headings is poor journalism--sort of like dressing up like a pregnant teen, falsifying medical paperwork, trespassing and lying is. I didn't trust your headline so I looked online and easily found this information. It's unfortunate that most of your readers won't do the same.
