Good job Lila.  Excellent points made.  It was also interesting to hear the weakness of the counter points made by Sally.  She implied that the treatment of a woman’s cervical cancer justifies funding the Planned Parent abortion giant.  I applaud your work and patience.

I agree with Rob. Lila had Sally on the ropes. Keep up the Great Work

    Great Job Lila!

  • Jayson

Bravo Lila.  Brilliant arguments. Women can seek alternatives for healthcare since Planned Parenthood can’t seemingly provide comprehensive woman’s healthcare exception abortion as their cash cow.  God Bless you.

thank you and all the Live Action group for your courage and leadership!  prayers for Live Action

It’s too bad you don’t have the brain to go with the beauty. Your arguement was incredibly flawed and pointless. You continued to point out that there are more than 800 other medicare friendly locations that these women could utitize. So why is it even an issue that this one place is chosing to decline it? There is nothing more horrible and disgusting than birth of another unwanted welfare baby.

And I think there’s nothing more disgusting than someone with the attitude that LIFE is disgusting.

So, should we kill a one week old baby born to parents on welfare?  Or what about people that are homeless, disenfranchized, diabled, injured, or unemployed?  Are they so burdensome, that we should put a price tag on their lives.  Darrin, there is no differnce between the preborn, and born.  They are all human beings; that is a scientific fact!

    • JB

Well its an issue because PP misrepresented themselves as a significant healthcare provider when in fact they only served 1% of the Indiana pop. with medicaid services.  It’s obvious there real agenda is abortion and pro-life taxpayers are not gonna allow abortions for the sake of medicare since there are other options out there and PP isnt even a provider.

    • Estela

stay focused… what’s the topic her looks or abortion

    • Britt

Seriously, Darrin? Your best argument against her is that she is pretty? You obviously have little to no understanding of the issue. Go do your research.

Thank the Lord your mother decided to have you!

Lila – thank you, thank you, thank you.  Your courage is incredible. I decided to make it a point to pray for you and your organization every day.  When the cages on the left start rattling…..you are doing something right.  May God bless you and those that work with you:)

Lila, I support your cause and really admire you for your bravery.  That being said, I hate watching “debates” where everyone is interrupting everyone else.  Even though you may strongly agree with someone, or want to dispute their false information, there’s no need to cut them off mid-sentence.  Let them say their piece (however mis-informed it may be), take mental notes, and give your rebuttal when it’s your turn.  Lead by example and show respect;  if they don’t follow suit, well then, let them look like a jerk.  I’ve come to realize that MOST of our opponants aren’t EVIL, they’re simply deceived.

    Several points are  misunderstood/misrepresented:

    *  Why should taxpayers who do NOT approve of abortions(a.k.a. 1st. degree murders)  have to bail out fornicating, valueless, fun-seekers who get pregnant randomly?

    * Tax increases for the rich (a.k.a. educated, hard-working, intelligent, values-based Americans who are NOT so lazy as to get out of bed to work for a living or go to school and be educated to survive) is preposterous when these kinds of medicaid recipients take advantage of the SYSTEM and are ENCOURAGED by it to continue repeated unwanted pregnancies and/ taxpayer-funded ABORTIONS!  A solution is NOT to eliminate Medicaid but to LIMIT IT to infants, children 12 years and below, seniors, AND the DISABLED!!!

*Why is the media AFRAID to even use the word DISCRIMINATION when it pertains to selected classes of Americans!  Defined clearly as NOT doing for ONE what you do for ALL so clearly SMACKS of it that it appears those who don’t GET IT need a smack upside the head to perhaps shake up the sawdust to at least understand something so BLATANT!  (Do you read lawmakers in DC or elsewhere at all levels of government!)  Being able to pay higher taxes is one thing…Discrimination is another and is both ILLEGAL and LITIGIOUS!

    *  I agree with nmfemofmn below.  Voice over voice is TOO frequent on MANY FOX NEWS CHANNEL Shows, AND ESPECIALLY the O’Reilly Factor, Sean Hannity Show, AND On the Record …SO much that viewers/listeners are becoming frustrated and perhaps disappointed at not being able to understand the issues/messages/importance of the facts vs. blatant lies and/or cover-ups being missed because of downright rudeness and/or megalomania!  Should FOX consider ParliamentaryPprocedure known by many (except perhaps by Former Congressman Weiner) as Robert’s Rules of Order?*  As for Rob’s comments below, it’s too bad that neither Laura nor Lila ARE up-to-date of the Pap III category for Pap Smear Results, based on info at http://ehealthmd.com/content/how-are-pap-smear-results-classified .  They could have chewed her up and spat out her liberal smirks!  Class III IS NOT CANCER .. Class V IS.  III only confirms an abnormality.  Type IV needs additional confirmatory tests before V can be determined.  So, Miss Sally was incorrect or misinformed.  Of course, Planned Parenthood should know the difference!.

  • MEL

Wow–I loved the IRONY of the “cervical cancer” example.  As a sidewalk counselor in Indiana, I’ve heard so many women heading into a PP clinic for surgical or chemical abortion claim that they “have no choice” because they have a medical condition that forces them to have an abortion.  And abortion scars the cervix and uterine walls, so that the woman’s cancer risk increases.

If PP cares about the risk for female cancer, they would be decreasing their number of abortions and reduce the amount of abortifacient birth control they sell.  Yes, they SELL birth control–they don’t give it away free to Medicaid patients.

Oh, Lila, I think this time your opponent made your job too easy!

  • Hutttnertina47

bravo LIla! & people think theres no other altrnatives to health care, this is the u.s of course there has to be other choices.

  • Jlberkon

great job lila, way to keep sally at bay and take down her bogus arguments!  God Bless!
