Of note, one violation was an instance of a 12-year-old girl who had 2 abortions in 4 months. When asked about it, the Planned Parenthood worker did not think this was unusual or potentially showing neglect. Also, PP was using expired suction equipment and at least 1 expired medication, with an open needle attached. Also, the air conditioning was out.
