Planned Parenthood breaks law, aborts baby without parental consent

Planned Parenthood, abortion corporation

The Ohio Attorney General’s office has accused an Akron Planned Parenthood of breaking parental consent laws and thereby performing an illegal abortion. A complaint form dated July 27, 2017, was obtained by Operation Rescue. It states that the clinic “performed abortion o[n] a 16-year-old without parental consent.”

While the Akron facility does not commit abortions, it does refer patients for abortions at the Bedford Heights Planned Parenthood. Therefore, despite not being an abortion facility, by referring to or scheduling an appointment at an abortion facility that did not obtain parental consent, the Akron center participated in the illegal abortion.

If the 16-year-old patient were a victim of sexual abuse, and it was her abuser who brought her to Planned Parenthood for an abortion, then the victim was sent away by the abortion giant with her abuser to continue to undergo more abuse. Planned Parenthood has once again proven that they do not put the wellbeing of their patients above their desire to make money. In fact, the abortion corporation has a history of failing to protect children by ignoring laws, including failing to contact the authorities for cases of suspected sexual abuse on their minor patients.

“If the Ohio Attorney General’s office finds that Planned Parenthood did indeed break the parental consent laws for minors, it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “Planned Parenthood must not be allowed to flout the law and behave as if they know better than parents, lawmakers, and prosecutors. This scofflaw attitude not only places minors in jeopardy, but is also an attack on the rights of parents and the rule of law.”
