Live Action’s undercover investigations of Planned Parenthood rocked the country, exposing the criminal activities that go on behind closed doors. But the pro-abortion lobby went on the attack, falsely claiming that the videos were manipulated and fake even as Planned Parenthood fired numerous staff caught on tape. Unfortunately though, there are multiple real-life cases that prove that these investigations were not anomalies — including a new report out of Arizona, highlighted by Jill Stanek, which found that Planned Parenthood helped cover for a serial rapist.
Making this case even more disturbing is the allegation that a counselor at Planned Parenthood Arizona may have assisted accused serial rapist, Tyler Kost, in covering up the actions of a sexual predator over the course of several years.
One reported case has a 15-year-old girl claiming to have been raped and impregnated by Kost, after attending a homecoming dance. The girl told police she ran home crying when a passing car startled Kost and allowed her to escape. When she learned she was pregnant, police said, she confronted Kost. He threatened to smear her reputation if she underwent an abortion, she told investigators.
According to a detectives report, after the assault the girl alongside her mother went for care at the facility.
“The counselor intentionally miscoded the assault as a consensual encounter. The counselor told them that they did not want the hassle of having to report the assault to law enforcement as they were a mandatory reporter,” the sheriff’s office statement says.
All of Kost’s victims were underage, and police had been investigating him since March. Kost had gone on a three year rape spree, begging the question: if Planned Parenthood had reported the abuse instead of covering it up, then how many girls could have been spared of this man’s evil? Two of his victims were traumatized so badly that they left the state. One of them tried to kill herself. And Planned Parenthood is culpable in all of this.
While this is clearly despicable on the part of Planned Parenthood, it’s hardly surprising. The abortion behemoth has a long history of aiding and abetting sexual predators. Live Action’s undercover investigations found eight clinics willing to cover up sexual abuse of minors, and seven clinics willing to cover up child sex trafficking. But time and time again, they’re caught in tragic real-world cases, where a girl is a victim of sexual abuse, and Planned Parenthood looks the other way. Tyler Kost and his victims are just the latest example. The question is, how often does Planned Parenthood need to get caught breaking the law before they’re held accountable? The abortion lobby is powerful, though, and they’ll fight tooth and nail to ensure that stories like these remain buried.
Evidently, blood money trumps keeping women safe.
