The Arizona Health Director is calling for the legal challenge against the state’s abortion pill reversal law, which requires abortionists to inform their patients of the possibility of reversing medical abortions before taking the second abortion pill, to be dismissed and for enforcement of the law to begin, the East Valley Tribune reports.

Cara Christ and the attorney representing her, Douglas Drury, are arguing to Judge Steven Logan that the case should be thrown out because “Plaintiffs and their patients have not suffered any injury in fact,” leaving no grounds for a suit. The state Attorney General’s office, representing the state medical board, agrees.
