There is nothing more powerful than a person’s life story. The new book, We Choose Life: Authentic Stories, Movements of Hope is a collection of inspiring stories from men and women dedicated to ending abortion and saving lives.
The book, edited by author and founder of Disruptive Truth, Dave Sterrett, features some of the most compelling testimonies in the pro-life movement.
In the book you can read how Live Action president Lila Rose began her mission, why former abortion worker Ramona Trevino left her job, and how Melissa Ohden miraculously survived an abortion. Other powerful voices included in the book are Rebecca Kiessling, founder of Save the 1, former pro-choice (now pro-life) professor Dr. Mike Adams, Students for Life president Kristan Hawkins, and many more. The book has a range of stories from post-abortive parents, to pregnancy center workers and professionals that became pro-life.

Dave Sterrett narrates a moving 34-minute film that shares quotes on justice from past spiritual and political leaders, pictures from atrocities like the Holocaust and slavery, and hopeful testimonies that together paint a picture of why we must fight for the protection of human life at every stage.

The website is a great training tool for those interested in becoming voices for life. The engaging videos are on YouTube and can be easily shared across social media with friends and followers. Interwoven throughout the website and book is the faith message that God is the author and creator of life. The book is also a great resource for Christian students, youth groups and church small groups.
