Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards expected to testify before Congress

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards is expected to testify next week at a Congressional hearing, as the House Oversight Committee continues its investigation into the abortion giant’s illegal sale of baby body parts.

According to Politico, a Planned Parenthood spokesman confirmed that president Cecile Richards is expected to be invited to testify on Sept. 29.

“If invited, she will accept that invitation,” said Eric Ferrero, vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Numerous undercover videos released by The Center for Medical Progress affirm how Planned Parenthood  — from its CEO down to the local abortion facility —is entirely engaged in the trafficking of fetal body parts. The investigations show top-level Planned Parenthood executives callously haggling over the price of aborted baby parts, and admitting to changing the abortion procedure to harvest higher quality “intact” organs.

In the tapes, a Planned Parenthood eyewitness even describes how a tissue procurement company harvested a brain from a very late-term baby boy with a beating heart. The undercover videos have revealed many shocking and illegal atrocities.

Last week the House voted in favor of defunding Planned Parenthood as investigations continue. Meanwhile, lawmakers plan to vote on a continuing resolution that would temporarily fund the government until a long-term deal is reached – a deal that cuts federal funding to Planned Parenthood.
