·Pro-life group sues Colorado State University, Planned Parenthood over body parts scandal
The Faith & Freedom Coalition of Colorado, a pro-life group, has filed a lawsuit yesterday against Colorado State University and Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains for “enter[ing] into a contract with defendant Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood whereby CSU was to purchase parts of human fetuses aborted by defendant Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood,” reports The Denver Post.
The suit makes reference to the Center for Medical Progress’s undercover videos filmed at various Planned Parenthood facilities, including PPRM, located in Denver, Colorado, and operated by Dr. Savita Ginde. The plaintiffs claim that “Colorado State University and Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood violated the state constitution by purchasing tissue of aborted fetuses and indirectly used tax dollars to subsidize abortions.”
Colorado State University denies any wrongdoing. Twitchy reported today:
Twitchy also shared this radio interview with the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s executive director, Nicholas McIntyre, from AM 560:
Planned Parenthood, at this time, has made no comment on the lawsuit.
