Registration is now open for the Dr. Joseph Graham Fellowship for College Pro-Life Leaders, Texas Right to Life’s unique scholarship program designed to facilitate pro-life education and outreach among college students across the state. If you’re planning to attend a college or university in Texas this fall, you may be eligible to apply.
Texas Right to Life’s unique fellowship for pro-life college students has helped dozens of pro-life students over the last seven years to transform their campuses (both public and private) into forums where the life debate is front and center. Fellows have also started groundbreaking initiatives to bring the culture of life to campus, such as scholarship programs for pregnant and parenting students who find themselves in the tough position of trying to finish school and juggle parenthood at the same time.
Student outreach on campuses is important, regardless of what type of school a student attends; no campus is devoid of women who may face an unplanned pregnancy, and every campus almost entirely comprises students who survived abortion when one in four of their peers did not. Young people are championing the cause of life in the United States, and the battle starts on campus. Texas Right to Life is leading the way to a pro-life Texas by working closely with one of the most valuable demographics involved in the debate.
The fellowship includes intensive summer and winter training sessions in Houston, and provides students with scholarships of up to $8,000 for their pro-life work on campus.
