Supreme Court Must Remove Dangerous Abortion Pill from the Market

The abortion cartel is operating just as dangerously and illegally as drug cartels pushing fentanyl and heroin. It’s time we act like it.

Washington, D.C. – On August 16th, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in the ongoing litigation surrounding the abortion pill. 

Lila Rose, founder and president of Live Action, released the following statement:

“The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the FDA must restore regulations surrounding the dangerous abortion pill, including stopping the distribution of the pill through the mail. This is a step in the right direction, but not nearly enough to end the medicalized terror of the abortion pill. The Supreme Court should take up this case and completely remove from the market this pill whose only intended use is to kill an innocent human being.

The Biden Administration violated the law by expanding the distribution of this lethal drug, putting our women and children at grave risk. The government must use every power and resource at its disposal to fight this drug and to seize and shut down websites that are trafficking dangerous abortion drugs, including Mayday and Aid Access. We will not accept anything less than a full closure of these traffickers. The abortion cartel is operating just as dangerously and illegally as drug cartels pushing fentanyl and heroin. It’s time we act like it. 

This abortion pill was approved illegally and has killed over five million American children. We will not stop until the abortion pill is completely off the market and the government does its job of ensuring every human being is given equal protection under the law. “
