The rest of us, meanwhile, can celebrate that common sense prevailed today in the Supreme Court. We will see more victories like this for mothers and their babies, especially as medical technology continues to clarify the window into the womb. The nation’s call for human rights protection for the pre-born child sounds ever stronger.
