The Center for Medical Progress has released the fifth video in its blockbuster investigation exposing Planned Parenthood’s baby parts trafficking scheme.
Today’s video takes us inside Planned Parenthood Houston, which, at 78,000 square feet, is the largest abortion clinic clinic in the Western Hemisphere.
First, recall Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on July:
CR: … Planned Parenthood does not at all profit from fetal tissue donation, which is an important element of healthcare research in this country….
GS: You say that no Planned Parenthood affiliate has profited from fetal tissue.
CR: Correct. Correct.
GS: Do you know how many clinics harvest this tissue and how much money they receive?
CR: Very few. I mean, there’s only a handful of states where fetal tissue donation is happening….
GS: You said “a few.” What are we talking about?
CR: Less than five, less than five….
CR: There are no financial benefits to the clinics…. We look forward to the facts coming out….
Ok, then. This should make Richardson happy.
Today we learn:
- PPH is aborting late-term babies on such a massive scale by a team of six abortionists that an order for 120 “samples” of “fetal cadavers” is received without blinking. #fetalcadavers
- PPH is coordinating between its “research department” and abortionists to manipulate abortions to get the desired samples, although this can be impacted by “how cooperative the patient is during the procedure.”
- PPH abortionists have been doing some of their own research #PPmadscientists
- Some of the requested “fetal cadavers” are for experimentation with humanized mice. #humanizedmice (page 90 of the full transcript)
Today we also learn that without question this flagship of U.S. Planned Parenthood abortion clinics is involved in deceptive paperwork so as to be able to illegally “deviate from our standard… so there’s a higher chance” of getting an intact specimen, all for adding to PP’s bottom line.
Abortionists can “make that [intact fetal cadavers] happen.”
The PP researcher admits that sometimes the abortion procedure can get “more complicated” so as to get required specimens, which requires the baby parts buyer to pay a higher fee. Women’s safety be damned.
Also, certain specimens cost more. Which bring us back to the huge profit motive:
My department contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here. Even though we’re one of the largest affiliates, our research department is the largest in the United States – larger than the affiliates combined….
Yeah and so if we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget, that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. It’s all just a matter of line items.
Finally… the babies. Like video #4, this video takes us into one of Planned Parenthood’s “procurement rooms.”
But here we see arms, legs, intestines, and other body parts of older babies, about 18-20 weeks gestation.
It’s heartbreaking. And the cavalier attitude of Planned Parenthood staff makes it that much worse.
The massive scale at which Houston PP collects intact tiny human cadavers, and participates itself in experimentation, really does remind one of the Nazi human experiments.
On that point, I’ve come to realize that these videos are comparable to when American soldiers first walked into the Jewish concentration camps to see the unimaginable horror. They had surely heard the rumors, and some knew for sure the camps existed.
But you don’t until you actually go in….
Yesterday, the U.S. Senate voted 53-46 to defund Planned Parenthood.
While the vote failed to reach the 60 threshold required to override a certain presidential veto, marking the first time in history that a majority of the Senate voted to defund the abortion behemoth. In 2011 the vote was 42-58. The shift is huge.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell voted “no” so as to preserve the opportunity to vote again later. Pro-life Senator Lindsey Graham didn’t vote. So the actual tally is really 55-45.
After today’s video release, those who voted against this measure are certain to look nothing short of despicably pathetic.
The Senate needs to vote again.
