Counselor in BDSM scandal let go from Planned Parenthood but will anything change?
The Planned Parenthood staffer who eagerly taught an undercover Live Action teen all about BDSM complete with her own graphic personal experiences and a porn web site suggestion, no longer works at PPINK (PP of Indiana and Kentucky). After the undercover video of the “counseling” session was released, PPINK announced the news in a statement that said:
this video clearly does not reflect our professional standards or training protocols, and this staff member is no longer employed at PPINK
While there may be one less PP counselor out there teaching teens about dangerous sex practices, it doesn’t mean PP is going to stop teaching teens about BDSM or other risky behavior. Lila Rose, President of Live Action, responded to PP’s news release by reminding everyone that the firing of the PP staffer is simply “step one of the [PP] damage control handbook”.
By firing this staffer, who was likely just doing her job, PP is trying to send the message that they don’t agree with what the staff member did. It sends the message to all their followers that it is perfectly safe to send their teens to PP, that no one will be teaching their children about BDSM. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. Because despite the firing, everything that the staff member told the undercover girl, is right on their website for anyone to see at any time (minus the personal experiences).
There’s the 50 Shades of Safe program that Planned Parenthood of Hudson Peconic planned for middle school and high school teachers. There’s PP’s “sex-positive view of BDSM” that is conveniently no longer available online. And there’s also the BDSM episode of A Naked Notion which highlights bondage and domination sex. Clearly, PP has no problem teaching teens about BDSM, yet the one counselor who happened to be caught on camera, was fired. It’s all for show.

Rose wrote in her statement:
[…]Planned Parenthood tries to have it both ways: they announce terminating the employee for violating “professional standards” but never specify what those standards are. Meanwhile, their BDSM training video remains online, and they continue to list “resources” that tell kids that torture sex is totally fine. So what exactly did the staffer in our video do to bring the wrath of Planned Parenthood down on her?
She didn’t do anything that other PP staffers aren’t currently doing. In the coming weeks, more PP locations will be exposed for giving teens the same BDSM tips. What will Planned Parenthood do then?
