Kissimmee Planned Parenthood gets approval to commit abortions despite community protests

In July, we told you about the stalwart pro-lifers in central Florida who worked hard to keep abortion giant Planned Parenthood out of their community. Planned Parenthood purchased an orthopaedic center, which it converted into a surgical abortion facility despite the fact that the center was part of a medical park that was not zoned for committing surgical abortions. So confident was the organization in its ability to bully its way into anything that it invested in the surgical abortion facility prior to obtaining permission to commit abortions.

Initially, Planned Parenthood was unsuccessful in procuring this permission, and was barred by a lower court’s injuction from committing abortions at its new Kissimmee location. However, this week an appeals court lifted that injunction, opening the abortion floodgates on mothers and their babies central Florida. Jenna Tosh, CEO of the Kissimmee Planned Parenthood affiliate, responded to the new decision, saying:

We look forward to continuing to serve our patients in Osceola County and providing a wide range of essential reproductive . health care services.

Abortion advocates are renown for their ability to cloak what should be very straightforward statements in a language facade. What Tosh meant was this: We look forward to continuing our outrageous history of maltreatment towards mothers of every age and walk of life by duping them into buying abortion and making sure that we continue to provide them with no alternative to said abortion.

The center opened in May amid protests from the community.
