Boston Planned Parenthood hospitalized 10 women in a year. Why is the city helping to cover it up?
Pro-life watchdog group Operation Rescue reports that the Greater Boston Planned Parenthood abortion facility called for emergency medical assistance for ten patients in a year, from April 2018 to April 2019. This facility commits abortions up to 20 weeks, 6 days gestation.
Stunningly, Boston has recently reclassified 911 calls as “medical records,” making them no longer available to the public due to HIPAA privacy laws. And pro-lifers believe that’s no accident.
“Boston’s handling of 911 records is an example of how local governments that have become less transparent, especially in jurisdictions that are controlled by pro-abortion Democrats,” wrote Cheryl Sullenger. “In the past, if a record contained patient identifiers such as name or birthdate, such information was simply redacted and the records were released to the public.”
Operation Rescue President Troy Newman doesn’t think this reclassification was random.

“We have seen records provided with dates and addresses of the incidents redacted, even though we requested the records by providing the date and address. In many cases, we can’t get any information. It has gone beyond the absurd,” said Newman. “This has been getting worse since we started tracking and publishing information related to medical emergencies at abortion facilities on a regular basis. I don’t think that is a coincidence.”
The Boston Planned Parenthood isn’t the only one facing scrutiny for the number of medical emergencies taking place inside their facility. A Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia where State Rep. Brian Sims harassed and bullied teen girls and an elderly woman had a recent emergency and has failed 13 of its last 23 patient safety inspections. Every 12 days, the Margaret Sanger Center Planned Parenthood in New York City calls 911 for a patient emergency. A Chicago Planned Parenthood recently called 911 twice within a month. And a Planned Parenthood in Missouri has sent at least 72 patients to the hospital. Not only is Planned Parenthood injuring these women, but the women are also responsible for their health care bills once they leave Planned Parenthood.
“The frequency that medical emergencies take place at abortion clinics – as evidenced by 911 records – blows the Abortion Cartel’s ‘safe and legal’ mantra out of the water,” said OR’s Troy Newman. “The last thing these people want is to be exposed as having lied to the American people about the basic premise used to decriminalize abortion. That is a motive for Planned Parenthood to pressure jurisdictions to cover up for them.”
