Abortion Pill

Staffer suggests abortion industry isn’t being honest with women about the abortion pill

An abortion industry staffer claims that the industry isn’t being honest with women seeking the abortion pill regarding what they may be likely to experience.

The statements were made by an employee of Just the Pill (a.k.a. Abortion Delivered) in an April webinar published on YouTube. The staffer — who went by the name Briar (spelling not confirmed) and admitted to formerly working in a veterinary office — claimed the abortion pill industry must stop “downplaying how medication abortion affects people.”

Briar Just the Pill abortion pill staffer says medication abortion descriptions 'sanitized'

“Shout out to Abortion Dream Team and God Loves Abortion because they ran a great panel about ‘we need to talk about blood’ at the Abortion Care Network conference… where it was a whole in-depth thing of, like, we have got to stop downplaying how medication abortion affects people and the experience that people go through because we are not doing ourselves any favors,” Briar stated.

“It feels like it is like a publicity thing, like, ‘oh, we have to make sure that people feel very comfortable with this’… it’s very sanitized,” Briar added. “It’s very, like, ‘people can’t experience any level of discomfort or, you know, grossness or whatever you want to call it — bodily function’. Or somehow that makes the process bad. Somehow that makes the process scary….”

“But, like, medical stuff is gross, you all. Life is gross…. It’s okay – it doesn’t make it bad or wrong; it’s just how it is,” Briar claimed.

Another webinar panelist who went by the name “DJ,” from If/When/How and described in the webinar as “@ReproKat,” told viewers they could “get care” after complications from a chemical abortion by going to the doctor, ER, or hospital and instructed them to mislead health care providers by simply telling them, “I’m bleeding and cramping and I don’t know what’s going on.”

“One can go in and say they think they had a miscarriage,” she also stated. “And there are also some clinics that because they can no longer provide abortion care, they are providing after care.” A list of those facilities is allegedly found on the website known as “Still open clinics.”

Live Action’s I Saw My Baby website details the horrific fallout when women see their own aborted children floating in the toilet after taking the drugs at home. A newly published Live Action white paper details the ongoing way that the abortion industry flouts FDA safety regulations and reveals how the abortion pill’s money trail leads to conflicts of interest on safety claims.

Pain From ‘Medication Abortion’

In addition to seeing the baby, women are reporting intense pain from taking the drug regimen which typically consists of Mifepristone and misoprostol. Live Action News previously documented an observational study conducted at two centers in Bologna, Italy, which found that 40% of women experienced severe pain when undergoing chemical (abortion pill) abortions.

In a video published by GMA, Dr. Jennifer Ashton, who supports abortion, described the abortion pill regimen as “painful.”

Ashton, the Chief Health and Medical Editor and Chief Medical Correspondent for ABC News and Good Morning America, can be heard asking “Is it painful?” the doctor asked. “Yes, absolutely it can be painful,” she stated.

Ashton described the process as if she herself has dispensed the deadly drug regimen and went on to state that “For some women they might describe this as the worst pain they’ve ever experienced.”

A video entitled “My Abortion Experience as a Freshman | Abortion Pill” made by a woman named Brittany who claimed she obtained abortion pills from Planned Parenthood as a freshman in college contained the following statements:

  • “I did not realize how much pain it was going to be.”
  • “At first it felt like really bad cramps…it just started getting worse and worse….”
  • “The pain of it was just ridiculous – I completely regret not taking the pain meds…. I was in so much pain.”
  • “I couldn’t walk – I couldn’t talk….”

Kristen also purchased the abortion pill at a South Carolina Planned Parenthood as previously reported by Live Action News.

“I went to the bathroom and started violently throwing up. I felt dizzy and lightheaded. I couldn’t stop puking. Then, the bleeding started. And it was NOTHING like a heavy period,” Kristen recalled.

In order to deal with all the blood, Kristen decided to get into the shower, and soon, the body parts of her baby began to leave her womb. “I definitely saw an arm (and even fingers),” she said. “It was so tiny. Everything came out in pieces, though. It mostly looked like blood clots, but I could still make out parts that looked like tissue. I just tried my best not to look and wash it all away as quickly as possible.”

“I remember begging God to forgive me and to make the pain go away. I promised him I would NEVER do it again,” Kristen stated.
