Want to lead the next 40 Days for Life campaign? Apply now

40 Days for Life’s next pro-life prayer campaign is slated for February 10 to March 20, 2016, but they’re offering pro-lifers the opportunity to apply to become local campaign leaders today.

“To date, 3,895 campaigns have been conducted in 607 cities across all 50 American states and 7 Canadian provinces — plus communities in 30 other countries,” the organization writes, noting such efforts have helped prevent 11,165 abortions, close 64 abortion facilities, and cause 127 abortionists to quit.

The 40 Days for Life campaign consists of three steps: prayer and fasting, 24-hour prayer vigils outside of Planned Parenthood locations, and community outreach such as engagement with college campuses, area churches, and local media.

Interested volunteers who sign up will receive a wide variety of resources to help them organize pro-lifers in their area, including print and video training material, informational literature, and more.

The deadline to apply is in under two weeks, Tuesday, December 22. Those who wish to organize a 40 Days for Life effort in their city can find more information and apply at their website.
