The scandal over the video of Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, discussing the sales of aborted body parts over lunch keeps growing. More and more states are opening investigations. The House of Representatives has opened a congressional investigation. And now, a new White House petition has been launched demanding that the United States Attorney General open an investigation as well.
On July 14, 2015, a shocking undercover video was released showing Planned Parenthood’s top abortionist discussing the selling of baby livers, lungs and hearts from aborted children. In response, the Governors of multiple states as well as multiple Congressional Committees, have launched investigations into Planned Parenthood, an organization that receives over $527 million of taxpayer funding annually.
We are calling on President Obama to order the Attorney General to conduct an investigation of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its affiliates for actions to “knowingly acquire, receive or otherwise transfer any fetal tissue for valuable consideration” pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 289g-2, “Prohibitions Regarding Human Fetal Tissue.”
The petition has until August 16 to reach 100,000 signatures, which would then mandate a response from the White House.
How will the Obama administration respond? Considering that Obama is the most radically pro-abortion president in United States history, and he never misses an opportunity to praise Planned Parenthood, it seems unlikely that he will do anything beyond try to cover for them.
Yet this petition is significant nonetheless – Planned Parenthood’s true colors have been exposed now, and there’s no making that go away. Americans are beginning to see through the lies and propaganda, realizing what an evil, violent organization Planned Parenthood is.
