Planned Parenthood supporter America Ferrera spreads unintentional pro-life message during pandemic: ‘Life is a miracle’

Actress America Ferrera, a long-time vocal supporter of abortion business Planned Parenthood — which ends the lives of more than 345,000 preborn children each year — recently shared an incredibly pro-life message when writing about her own preborn baby and encouraging other pregnant mothers.

Ferrera, who is currently expecting her second baby with husband Ryan Piers Williams, wrote on Instagram under a picture of her posing with her baby bump last week, “As this baby grows inside and I attempt to breathe through the fears and unknowns of this time, I am thinking of all you other mamas bringing new life into this world right now. And also of all the women across generations and centuries and borders who have and are currently birthing new life in the midst of so many extraordinary and daunting circumstances.”

Ferrera has made no comment revising her previous support from Planned Parenthood, which has used its platform to push for abortion during COVID-19. But Ferrera, for her part, had a very different message about pregnancy during the pandemic when speaking about her own preborn child. In closing her Instagram message, Ferrera wrote, “Life is a miracle, and mamas make it possible through their strength and power. Hang in there pregnant mamas! We got this.”

Yes, life is indeed a miracle, from the moment of conception. From that instant onward, a unique individual exists. No matter the circumstances of conception, every preborn baby is fully human in his or her mother’s womb, and every child deserves to have a chance at life — whether with his or her birth parents, or with an adoptive family.

While Ferrera continues to support an organization that dehumanizes babies in the womb and violently ends their lives, her child is no different from the more than 345,000 babies whose lives ended in abortion at Planned Parenthood in a single year.

The abortion industry has capitalized on the panic of the COVID-19 outbreak and remained open despite the fact that abortion is not an essential procedure. Intentionally killing an innocent human being is not essential. Workers at abortion businesses that have remained open have even said they’ve seen an increase in the number of babies killed in abortion due to health concerns and economic uncertainty. In other words, the abortion industry — as it always does — is profiting off of panicked women.

During the pandemic, pro-life organizations have worked to spread medically accurate information and provide resources for pregnant mothers. Celebrity mothers like Ferrera would do much more good for women by promoting these supportive and loving pregnancy centers instead of schilling for America’s most profitable and prolific abortion business.

Otherwise, their encouragement for “pregnant mamas” is nothing but lip service.
