From choking teens to abusing taxpayers, Planned Parenthood runs an oppressive agenda

abortion, woman, sad

So I was going over the itinerary for next weekend, and it doesn’t look like I’ll be whipping any underage girls. Choking them to the edge of consciousness isn’t on my to-do list either. Both of these activities would be morally repugnant of course, and besides, they’d probably get me into some legal trouble. None of that seems to be a concern at Planned Parenthood.

While most people are uncomfortable with the idea of bruises and rope burns being inflicted on a teenager, America’s largest abortion provider isn’t so squeamish. Once again, Live Action has footage of Planned Parenthood staff telling minors to engage in violent, unsafe behavior. And once again, your tax dollars are paying to make it happen.

Live Action released a video in June featuring a volunteer who visited Planned Parenthood’s Indianapolis Midtown Health Center. Posing as a 15-year-old and equipped with a hidden camera, the volunteer told a counselor that she had  “some questions” about sex. The counselor didn’t hold back with her answers. At all.

She suggested letting the volunteer’s older boyfriend “dominate” her with a whip. Naturally, you need rules when doing this sort of thing, and it seems that the best way to set those rules is to “test your limits” and see “what kind of pain you can take.” The counselor also recommended scrolling through the channels on a porn site for ideas about what to try next. The fact that it’s illegal for a 15-year-old to access pornography went unmentioned. Also unmentioned was the potential to stumble across scenes of gang rape, incest, bestiality, or other depictions that the volunteer might find traumatizing.

Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky president Betty Cockrum responded sharply when the video became public, insisting that what was portrayed “does not reflect our professional standards or training protocols.” That’s apparently news to Planned Parenthood staff in Colorado.

Like their Midwestern counterparts, Planned Parenthood employees in the Denver area recommended porn to a Live Action volunteer, explaining that it was something she and her boyfriend could do as a couple before “acting out” what they saw. These counselors also included choking and asphyxiation on a list of “normal” behaviors for teenagers to experiment with. Granted, that sort experiment does have the potential to turn deadly, but I guess there’s no reason to get bogged down in the details.

And so it should come as no surprise that Live Action has released a third video of Planned Parenthood personnel telling teens to make bad decisions. However, Planned Parenthood staff aren’t just willing to guide children into abusive situations; they also have a habit of covering that abuse up.

Cases across the country have emerged in which abuse victims were given involuntary abortions to conceal the crimes of their abusers. Similarly, Live Action has recorded Planned Parenthood staff offering to arrange abortions for child prostitutes. This happened again and again at clinics in multiple states.

It would be contemptible for anyone to tell impressionable youth to model their lives after pornography (a realm where unprotected, violent sex is common). It’s even worse to when those teens are advised to risk their lives via asphyxiation. What’s truly baffling is that the government pays for this advice: last year, Planned Parenthood received over half a billion tax dollars to run their “health care” and “education” efforts. That’s on par with hiring Philip Morris to run a start-smoking campaign.

You can help protect both children and your tax dollars by signing Live Action’s petition to defund Planned Parenthood. Given their history, it’s hard to see why Planned Parenthood should be trusted with either.

Unlike Planned Parenthood, Live Action doesn’t get hundreds of millions of dollars in forced taxpayer funding to keep us going.  We rely completely on the generosity of our donors.  Please give to Live Action today!
